Every once in a while, someone asks me about using slow shutter speeds to make an, especially water, image look smoother, more romantic, etc. Here are 4 examples of completely unedited images. When the opportunity strikes, I'll make a fuller set & also get into the idea of image blending between speeds for special effects.
